Sundiego Resort Villa Pattaya Receives Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026 Recognition

Completed in 2025, the project combines private pool villas with a boutique hotel component on a site of approximately 9,600 square metres. Designed and developed by Mario Kleff® Architects, the scheme is defined by a low-density layout and the use of long-span concrete systems that enable open-plan spatial configurations.
The recognition follows earlier international acknowledgement for the practice, including the International Property Awards Asia Pacific (2024–2025), where the Majestic Residence Signature Villa was awarded in the category Architecture Single Residence Thailand. Together, these distinctions position the studio’s work within a broader field of internationally recognized residential architecture emerging from Thailand.
